Keep Kids Moving!

Getting kids moving is one way to ensure physical activity will be part of their daily routine as an adult.With school budgets shrinking and officials slashing gym classes, it is imperative that adults encourage daily physical fitness for school aged children.  It doesn’t take much and kids love spending this type of quality time with their favorite adults.
