Weight Loss Wednesday: Hiking!


Have you ever wanted an exercise that was a bit more rewarding? I personally get bored with most exercises fast. When the only thing I’m working toward is the end of an activity, it just doesn’t seem like I’m really getting anything out of it. If you feel the same way I do, I suggest that you try hiking! Not only do you give your body a great workout, but you’re aiming toward seeing whatever is at the top of the mountain, the other side of the forest, or within the depths of the cave.
